All cleaners are interviewed by us and must provide proof of address such as a bank statement and proof of identification such as a passport or drivers license.They also must provide two recent references from recent employment. What happens if I don't like the cleaner or she leaves? If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your cleaner then we will find you a replacement cleaner. What happens if she is ill or goes on holiday? If your cleaner cannot clean for any reason, we will find you another to come for that period of time. How do I pay the cleaner? You pay your cleaner directly at the rate of £6.50 an hour. How do I pay the agency? There is a small agency fee which depends on how many hours you have your cleaner for. You pay the agency on a monthly basis through a standing order. What happens if I have a one-off clean or a spring clean? If you have a one-off clean or a spring clean, we will find you a cleaner on a set day who you pay directly. You pay an agency fee of £15 for a maximum of 10 hours. How do I sign up?
